Ingredients:

•100g chickpeas

•150g cottage cheese

•200g frozen spinach

•50g greek yogurt

If you use dry chickpeas, wash them and put them in water for a night. Wash them again and boil them for about 30 minutes. Wash again and remove the shells. Melt the spinach. Mix everything and add salt, pepper, garlic powder and nutmeg as your taste.
