Ingredients:

•100g millet

•100g greek yogurt

•1 small cucumber

•1 tomato

•50g pitted green olives

•1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

•Greek seasoning

Wash the millet and boil it in 2 dl water. Peel and dice the cucumber, slice the olives and chop the tomato. When the millet is ready, let it cool down, then add the vegetables and every other ingredient. Add Greek seasoning and salt as your taste.
